PureBakes prepares handmade baked products in small batches and follows reasonable hygiene, ingredient-handling, preparation, cooling and packaging practices.

Our products are freshly prepared after order confirmation. Appropriate care is taken during production and packing to maintain product quality and reduce the risk of contamination.

PureBakes products may contain or come into contact with common food allergens.

• Wheat and gluten.
• Milk and dairy products.
• Soy.
• Peanuts.
• Tree nuts.
• Eggs where applicable.
• Sesame or other allergenic ingredients where applicable.

The allergens relevant to a particular product may depend on its recipe, flavour, inclusions, toppings, decorations and ingredient supplier.

PureBakes operates from a shared kitchen in which multiple ingredients and common allergens are stored, measured, mixed, baked and packed.

Although reasonable cleaning and handling practices are followed, separate allergen-free production facilities and equipment are not maintained.

• The same kitchen may be used for products containing different allergens.
• Shared utensils, mixers, ovens, trays, cooling areas or work surfaces may be used.
• Airborne flour, crumbs or ingredient particles may be present.
• Cross-contact may occur despite reasonable cleaning procedures.
• PureBakes cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergen traces.

Ingredient information relevant to a product may be displayed on the product page, printed on the package or otherwise supplied with the order.

Customers should review all available ingredient and allergen information before placing an order and again before consuming the product.

• Recipes may include compound ingredients supplied by third-party manufacturers.
• Ingredient formulations may change when suppliers update their products.
• Equivalent ingredients may occasionally be used because of availability.
• Seasonal or decorative components may vary between batches.
• Customers should contact PureBakes if they need clarification about a specific ingredient.

PureBakes relies partly on ingredient information and allergen declarations provided by suppliers. We cannot independently guarantee the absence of undeclared traces introduced during third-party manufacturing.

Product descriptions such as eggless, made with jaggery or made without added preservatives refer to the stated recipe and preparation method.

These descriptions should not be interpreted as medical, nutritional or allergen-free claims unless expressly stated.

Customers following a medically prescribed, religious, vegan, gluten-free or other restricted diet should verify suitability before ordering.

Products must be stored according to the instructions provided on the packaging or product page.

• Keep the package sealed until the product is ready to be consumed.
• Store the product in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Protect the product from heat, moisture, insects and strong odours.
• Use an airtight container after opening where recommended.
• Refrigerate only when specifically instructed.
• Do not consume a product that was stored improperly.

The Prepared Date and recommended Best Before date may be printed on the packaging, included on a label or otherwise communicated with the product.

Best Before guidance relates primarily to expected quality when the unopened product is stored correctly. Product quality may decline sooner when the package is opened or stored under unsuitable conditions.

• Consume the product within the stated Best Before period.
• Follow any instructions that apply after opening.
• Do not rely only on appearance when assessing food safety.
• Discard products showing unusual mould, odour, moisture, discolouration or spoilage.
• When uncertain about product safety, do not consume the product.

PureBakes products are handmade rather than produced through a fully automated industrial process.

Reasonable differences may therefore occur between product photographs, individual pieces and separate production batches.

• Minor variations in colour.
• Minor variations in shape or dimensions.
• Minor variations in texture or spread.
• Minor variations in decoration or ingredient distribution.
• Minor weight variations within reasonable preparation tolerance.

These natural differences do not ordinarily affect product safety and are not considered defects.
