By accessing our website, browsing products, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

PureBakes specialises in freshly baked, handmade baked goods prepared in small batches after order confirmation.

Because every product is handmade, natural variations may occur between batches.

• Minor variations in decoration.
• Minor variations in dimensions.
• Minor variations in weight within reasonable manufacturing tolerance.

These variations are a normal characteristic of handcrafted food products and should not be considered defects.

Product availability may change without prior notice depending on ingredient availability and production capacity.

All prices displayed on the PureBakes website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices include applicable taxes where required unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Every PureBakes product is freshly prepared after an order is successfully placed. Orders are processed only after the required verification and successful payment, where applicable.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. PureBakes reserves the right to accept, decline or cancel any order before fulfilment.

If an order is cancelled by PureBakes before fulfilment and payment has already been received, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Payments must be successfully completed before an order is processed unless a different payment option is explicitly offered.

PureBakes delivers freshly baked products across eligible serviceable locations within India through trusted third-party delivery providers.

Every order is freshly prepared after confirmation. Dispatch timelines therefore include baking, cooling, packing and quality checks before shipment.

As every PureBakes product is freshly baked specifically for each order, cancellation requests are handled carefully and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact PureBakes through WhatsApp as soon as possible after placing the order.

• Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
• Orders that have entered production may not be cancelled.
• Packed or dispatched orders cannot normally be cancelled.
• Approved cancellations will be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy.

PureBakes also reserves the right to cancel an order before dispatch due to operational reasons, unavailable ingredients, delivery constraints, pricing errors or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

PureBakes sells freshly prepared and perishable food products. For hygiene, food-safety and quality reasons, products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the order and will be reviewed in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

If you believe there is a significant problem beyond normal transit breakage, contact PureBakes as soon as reasonably possible and provide the order details, a clear description of the issue and supporting photographs.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on the bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment service provider.

PureBakes prepares handmade food products in small batches and follows reasonable hygiene, handling and packaging practices.

Ingredients applicable to a product are shown on the relevant product page and may also be provided on the product packaging.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before placing an order.
• Customers should contact PureBakes before ordering if they have questions about a particular ingredient.
• Products must be stored and consumed according to the storage and Best Before guidance on the package.
• The Prepared Date and recommended Best Before date are printed or otherwise provided on the package.
• Products should not be consumed if the packaging appears tampered with or the product shows unusual spoilage.

Although we take reasonable care while preparing products, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from traces of an allergen handled in the same kitchen.

Customers with severe allergies, dietary restrictions or medical concerns should consult an appropriate healthcare professional and contact PureBakes before placing an order.

Taste, texture, appearance and weight may vary slightly between batches because the products are handmade and ingredients can naturally vary. Such reasonable differences are not considered product defects.

Unless otherwise stated, the PureBakes name, logo, website design, written content, product descriptions, photographs, videos, graphics, illustrations, recipes and other original materials displayed on the website are owned by or licensed to PureBakes.

These materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, commercially exploited or used to misrepresent an association with PureBakes without prior written permission.

• You may not copy product photographs or written content for another business.
